Because of this, we are a Social- Entrepreneur and a Cause-Based event planning firm - which means we contribute 5% of our annual net-profits from events to various non-profits and community organizations specifically in Liberia where the founder of Aminah Events, Jumah Smith was born. But not only do we support with our pocketbook… but giving our time to meaningful causes is also deeply important to us! Jumah Smith, the owner of Aminah Events serves on the board of The Mentorship, a non-profit organization based in the State of Washington which provides Real Estate education and assists first-time minority homebuyers in purchasing homes.
