DAY OF COORDINATION
A flawless and beautiful wedding is the dream of every bride-to-be. Allow us to help you manage your wedding. Our focus is to make sure your day runs smoothly so that you can enjoy your big day.
Prior to your wedding day, we will meet with you and the groom to understand your preferences and your wedding plans. We will build a wedding day schedule or timeline, list of everyone involved in the wedding and their roles. We will also aid in vendor coordination ensuring all of your vendors are in place and performing properly, and making sure all your vendors are paid.
BEFORE THE BIG DAY
There are many things to oversee and questions that need to be answered on your wedding day. We will handle all the concerns and make sure that everything is done in a timely manner, like your decorations, flowers, seating arrangements, and coordination with all your vendors to ensure all of your wishes are carried out.
DURING THE CEREMONY
We will ensure all aspects of your ceremony runs flawlessly as planned, making sure that your guests are seated in a timely fashion, coordinating with your wedding party, and that your wedding ceremony progresses as scheduled.

How long have you been planning and designing events?I've been in the event planning industry a little over a decade. I started as a corporate event planner. After that, I fell in love with floral design, so I decided in 2006 to enroll at the Floral Design Institute of Portland to become a licensed floral designer. I also became a certified wedding planner while training as a floral designer. I'm a licensed project manager as well.

Can I insert a video in my FAQ?Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
