Prior to your wedding day, we will meet with you and the groom to understand your preferences and your wedding plans. We will build a wedding day schedule or timeline, list of everyone involved in the wedding and their roles. We will also aid in vendor coordination ensuring all of your vendors are in place and performing properly, and making sure all your vendors are paid.
BEFORE THE BIG DAY
There are many things to oversee and questions that need to be answered on your wedding day. We will handle all the concerns and make sure that everything is done in a timely manner, like your decorations, flowers, seating arrangements, and coordination with all your vendors to ensure all of your wishes are carried out.
DURING THE CEREMONY
We will ensure all aspects of your ceremony runs flawlessly as planned, making sure that your guests are seated in a timely fashion, coordinating with your wedding party, and that your wedding ceremony progresses as scheduled.
